use invariant formatter for teleport coords #40

in order to be used in ark console, number should be formatted in invariant format.

@zericco I think the author has abandoned this, which is a shame considering larkator is a god sent

could you please share the binaries with your changes and the 2 other god sent pull requests which have been submitted (and ignored) by @jamckee and @Rottenbeer

@zericco You haven't included jamckee and Rottenbeer changes :(

Could you compile the code from my fork please : https://github.com/sixokig/Larkator It has all the improvements merged (yours + jamckee + Rottenbeer)
