Hi @coldnew :)

Hey, the pangu package recently started giving me this error at startup. Do you have any idea how to correct this?

I've found the solution to this issue and for anyone who comes across the same warning during startup please refer https://github.com/syl20bnr/spacemacs/issues/7213 of the Spacemacse repo :)
