Changed the UI to make it a bit more consistent #35

Namely the add budgets screen now has the light background and the add entries screen's budget spinner has an arrow.

Everything changed is contained within the XML layout files. It is changes to the different activity layouts to fit our theme more closely, and does not change the apps functionality.

Looks good to go.
