Feature request: Tooltips #11

A nice feature is to have tool tips on hover the apps-icons.
So the information is better and quicker recognized, if they are directly
at the icon where the mouse is, than below the menu.
The text below the apps-menu is good, but i like more tool tips here.

An option to turn of the text below the menu would be nice too.
Often you know what the icon means and for everybody who wants the menu
minimalism. :)
