Hello,

I tried to install cufflinks 2.2.1. Configure failed with the following failure:

configure: error: We could not detect the bam libraries. Try installing htslib or libbam, or specifying a path to one with --with-bam=/some/path

First, I installed samtools 1.9, configure failed, then I tried samtools 0.1.19, configure failed either.

Any suggestion?

samtools 0.1.20 can work well :)
