Please provide the following info when submitting a new classifier:

Species: Mouse Tissue/sample: Neuron Author(s): Hugo Kim Data source (if you generated the data, indicate yourself): myself Published? (if so provide DOI): https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0896627323007079 The regeneration classifier was built based on the Patch-seq data retrogradely transported.

Hello, thanks for the post. To submit the classifier, can you attach the classifier RDS file and the marker file that you used to train it?

Yes. Here is my RDS file and marker [file]

Marker File: RegenMarkerfile_NEW.txt

Classifier: Regen_Classifier.Rds.zip

Hi Hugo, thanks for sending. I got the marker file, but looks like the classifier didn't save correctly - can you please save it using the saveRDS function? Thanks
