classify_cells breaks with igraph 2.1.0 #69

The classify_cells function calls the outnei function from igraph (https://github.com/cole-trapnell-lab/garnett/blob/master/R/classify_cells.R#L237). In the latest version of igraph (2.1.1) this function is removed (after being deprecated in version 1.3.3).

To fix the issue, it should be sufficient to replace all instances of outnei() with .outnei().
