object 'pseudocount' not found in plot_multiple_branches_pseudotime #252

Hi, Monocle is so useful for me, 3ks to you all. But I got the "pseudocount" not found error when I use "norm_method = log" in "plot_multiple_branches_pseudotime". Btw, I found the code "pseudocount <- 1" in function "plot_multiple_branches_heatmap" is absent in function "plot_multiple_branches_pseudotime", perhaps that's the reason why error happens.

Hi, I am coming again. "show_backbone" & "backbone_color" are arguments of "plot_cell_trajectory", but it seems that they have never been used in the body of "plot_cell_trajectory". As a result, I can't change color of backbone (although there are few such requirements).
