Different trajectory plots in different runs

Hello,

Although I stetted the seed in the beginning of my codes, each time I run monocle, I get different trajectory plots with different number and position of states!!! Therefore, the results are not reproducible.

I followed the same codes in the tutorial.

Can anyone help?
