Error in plot_genes_in_pseudotime #88

Hi,

when I run the function of plot_genes_in_pseudotime, it showed the error below: Error in attributes(out) <- attributes(col) : 'names' attribute [37584] must be the same length as the vector [1].

Do anyone have any suggestion?
