Plot set of genes in one graph in plot_genes_in_pseudotime #608

Hello I would like to plot multiple genes in just one graph in plot_genes_in_pseudotime, and not one graph per gene. Is there any way of doing this? Thank you

I encountered the same problem, and it was solved after trying monocle3::plot_genes_in_pseudotime()
