Could you please clarify the idea behind the numeration of leaves in a graph. As far as I understood, the pseudotime is nothing but the reflection of distance from the root on the umap. But I was confused a bit with ordering leaves. How I can interpret it and which inferences I can made based on this? I just was surprised that the part of the cells with higher pseudotime was assigned to the 2nd leaves out of four on the figure below..
