after successfully install the develop branch of monocle3, error saying I don't a package called "monocle" #692

Hi,

I was trying to install monocle3, but still have a little problem with stringi not properly installed for monocle3. When I tried to install the develop branch of monocle3, it indeed got installed without error messages.

But when I tried to run monocle3 (after library it). It gave an error message saying there is no package called "monocle"

Any feedback will be appreciated! Thank you very much!

Successfully installed the "regular" monocle3, but still got the same error...
