Cant get to host admin on fresh install #309

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Fresh Install 
2.Go through install steps
3.Get to /install/InstallationComplete.aspx

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You click the link heading to hostadmin you keep getting redirected to 
/install/InstallationComplete.aspx. Trying to even go to  
/hostadmin/default.aspx results in redirect.
