captcha images expires on development server but fine locally #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when i put blog into dev envoirnment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Capthca images appears sometimes, and when you say view image it says
captcha image expired

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.1.1
