Added Closed Source Dependency Disclosure #310

I think that we need to make sure that it's clear that the fork currently uses closed source

Also, I modified the Voice prompting to notify anyone looking through that it's a WIP at the moment, I'm still working through bugs with implementation changes.

Side note, if there's a way I can initially put a tag on the PR, I'm not aware of it - please let me know :)

It is free for private and non commercial use to use WebContainers.

What StackBlitz CEO said to us is that license for them costs 200$ a month for commercial users but that may change and they don't bother unless you grew. Aka small commercial use is not issue.

All in all, do not spook people away but disclose that WebContainers are not open source and not under MIT and require contacting StackBlitz at the moment https://webcontainers.io/enterprise

By the way, is ThinkTank already the official platform for project discussions? If so, @coleam00, perhaps we could formalize this in the documentation to make it clear for contributors.

@lassecapel Yes the Think Tank is the official place to discuss oTToDev - I've added a link to it in the README!
