Add User Inputs

List of inputs:

• Max weight (slider)
• Number of nodes (slider)
• Randomize max weight and number of nodes (button)
• Traversal method (dropdown)

In addition to adding these to the DOM. We need to bind these values and provide them to the graph instance.
