installer iso: add microvm test, upload to raisin #24

If we're going to get lil bro to re-bootstrap slynux, it would be best to be able to test the installer ISO in a VM, since I had issues booting it at one point in time.

Plan:

build ISO on raisin
have him plug in USB stick
remote burn the ISO to the stick
on Saturday have him move the stick to slynux, boot it, and then flash me the result of tailscale login --qr and then we should be able to remote provision the machine fully

I don't think microvm is actually necessary or appropriate here.
