Improve COLESLAW-CONF:*BASEDIR* tests #114

Check for the presence of plugins and themes sub-directories. This is to ensure that COLESLAW-CONF:BASEDIR is not bound the directory of the FASL cache.

The travis build seems to fail because it doesn't find the git ref of the PR, unrelated to the code changes 

The command "eval git fetch origin +refs/pull/114/merge:" failed. Retrying, 3 of 3.
