User Profile management #10

A page where users can see and make changes to their account profile. This will include:

changing username/password.
requesting access to another level of access (becoming a lot attendant or owner in addition to being a customer).
update contact information.
view and update balance on account.

These features were not included in the final product except for viewing and updating balance. The others were nonessential, and ended up getting left behind for this project.
