based on my shoddy data-science, memes that have faces in them will almost always be detected.

=> use OCR on the top/bottom bars to check for the typical meme format?

=> could do some kind of basic pixel analysis, like too much of a solid color means the image is probably computer generated/screenshot and not a photo of someone (because a selfie would have a wide range of colors, as opposed to a meme which might be a face on a solid purple bg or w/e)

OCR seems to work REALLLLLLLLLLY well
