use the confidence values somehow #3

they go from -4 to 4. maybe only accept + values? need to collect more data so as to not just rule out selfies (maybe make this do the same thing as the hashtag prob if statement thing)

sometimes it seems "unconfident" about real selfies, but it always seems "unconfident" about not-selfies, so turning this on in the interest of accuracy. still applies the hashtag override
