I am very interested in your article, but I don’t know the specific calculation method of your enrichment. Is exp_tot divided by beads_tot?

The definition for the enrichment ratio begins on the first page of the supporting information (Page 46 ofhttps://arxiv.org/pdf/2108.12471.pdf); it isn't just exp_tot divided by beads_tot since we would like a measure of uncertainty
