Currently when we upload audio and video they are in formats that are not 
supported by the Flash-based Media Viewer module. In order to play these 
media types in-browser, we need to convert the files to a suitable type on 
upload. 

This involves running FFMPEG on the AMR encoded audio to convert it to MP3, 
and converting video to FLV.

Completed in ffmpeg branch. Being merged into maintenance release.
