IE9 mouse move and Resize Issues #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In IE9,  when I move the image at the time the half of the image is broken.

I also face the same problem When I resize the image.

Why the background gray color is applied when we do move and resize actions.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 class="dynDiv_moveDiv  dynDiv_keepAspect" 
 Windows XP
 IE9
