iPhone which zeroed baseband loader fix !!!

Dear expert guys !

Needing some hands for this problem.
Im having some iPhones which zeroed baseband loader. Virgin or whatever 
exiting methods have no luck. Phone still INCORRECT SIM and IMEI: 00499...

I did some hardware trick and now I have full baseband file of 3.14 and 
4.01 dumped by hardware from working iPhones.

Im trying to find software solution for flashing fullfile baseband into 
phone but got jam at bbupdate (I fixed the header of the file and 
bbupdater can see it as original ICE314..fls) but get another error: file 
size mismatch.

pls discuss and give me some idea. Thankss

Please provide the output of all the commands you're running.  This will be 
helpful
in understanding the problem you're seeing.
