Feature: Footer #6

Designs for reference. The padding values are already in place (to make things aligned with page content).

Desktop desktop - 1280 - landing

Tablet tablet - 768 - landing

Mobile mobile - 375 - landing

@colindamelio note: the desktop spacing between the lists does not need to be so large. This was just following columns. We can comfortably follow the props.theme.paddingDesktop etc values or whatever looks sensible.

Links are the same as our nav links, except the facebook etc are not caps. I haven't decided if it makes sense to just uppercase the whole thing. Thoughts?
