debian package #13

There has been a Debian Request for Packaging which got closed as stale. Adding a pointer to it in case anybody wants to unarchive and reopen it: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=633689

I'd definitely be interested to do it myself, but it's not high prio.
