Changelog.md looks abandoned since version 3.10 #3587

Hi guys,

It would be awesome, if Changelog.md could be updated together with new version releases. At the moment last record for 3.10 version, it looks kind of abandoned.

My bad, it is big written "Release notes are now stored in Github Releases: https://github.com/colinhacks/zod/releases"
