Fixed typo in the python-cairo package name.

btw, if you know of a better way to bring my fork up to date then creating a fake commit+pull I'd love to hear it.

Thanks for finding that typo. I fixed it on mine now and also in localREADME.md since I'm keeping 2 copies of the README.md where the local one links to local images instead of imgur.com images.

I'm pretty new to using git in any kind of depth. I did a google search just now and found this explanation for what to do:

I had forgotten about the second README, so that's good.
