Install COPYING into /usr/share/licenses/silentcast

Hi.

Currently, COPYING is installed into /usr/share/licenses/ https://github.com/colinkeenan/silentcast/blob/6dcd3e8b6f32d69ac58860511cdb54a98406105b/install#L24 . This is not the usual way and it may conflict with other programs (in my case, fatresize).

I suppose it is more reasonable to install it into /usr/share/licenses/silentcast.
