Create a basic class who extends the flash.events.Event class and a W3C 
properties like "timestamp" or "context" (dynamic object)

In VEGAS AS2/SSAS/AS3 i use getTarget(), getContext(), getType() methods, in 
system.events i remove this methods in the BasicEvent class and i use only the 
virtual properties type, context and target !
