Fix: string buffer too short #196

The string buffer for ps4000aEnumerateUnits is too short for my device. My SerialNumber has the type: KWxxx/xxxx. The VariantInfo is 4224A.

Maybe the buffer size should everywhere by increased and not just by 10, maybe directly by 20 or so. Maybe they will increase the serial number even further and the memory consumption of that call is not really a problem imho.
