For any college teams (NCAA/D3/USports etc) the DateJoinedClub logic should be changed to a static date of 1.5.xxxx where xxxx is the first year the player started playing on that team (ex for 2017-18 it would be 1.5.2017). This change is needed due to the date gathered from the EP transfer history table being the date the player committed to that team, not the date they started playing, this causes issues with EHM setting a proper contract length.
