Parameter sweep for non-file input #4

I tried a sweep on base year:

a) How do you de-activate the "sweep file"? Deleting the file name seems to work; not documented. b) Tries to write output from all runs to the same file, which makes a mess of it.

In the user guide I noted this, set sweepFile to "none". I can change this to empty string if that would be more intuitive.

Setting sweepFile to "none" should fix this.
