Remove "inSALMO" from comments in inSTREAM files generated by GUI #20

Files like Experiment.Setup that are created by the GUI have header lines such as "Experiment setup file, Automatically generated by InSALMO GUI"

If we have separate GUI code for inSTREAM, just replace inSALMO with inSTREAM. Otherwise, um, replace "inSALMO GUI" with "graphical user interface".
