inSTREAM-SD GUI: Doesn't cope with "NoStocking" for stockingFileName in Species.Setup #55

Not extreme priority because you can still run the model by clicking "Run with errors". "NoStocking" is likely to be the norm, not an exception. We could just not check for this file??
