Results spreadsheet: Excel macro does not complete the pivottables #69

In the Excel template file opened by the "View results" button: pivot tables are created to summarize results, but they are not completed. The tables are created, but do not put the "Count" variable in the "Values" field of the PivotTable Field List. And Excel seems to report the count of "Count" values, so you have to change it to report the sum of "Count" values.

Problem cannot be recreated for the moment, but leaving this issue open in case it rears its head...
