GUI - Mode Run while input open #60

Model doesn’t run or give error if an input file is open in Excel. (if it's not easy to do anything else, I'll just mention this in the troubleshooting doc.)

I couldn't reproduce this. I had the turbidity, temp, and flow files open as well as a species .Params file. Which file specifically caused the problem?
