Code - Add LFT relevant outputs #66

Output: perhaps a new output file from inSALMO just for LFT? One row per model run: o Scenario number o Total number of live outmigrants o Total number of outmigrants with length > outmigrantSuccessLength

Yeah, I should be able to do that.

(I've also been thinking about re-vamping the BreakoutReporter so instead of producing different columns for each reach, species, size class, etc., those breakout variables are in the data rows: a column for which species, for which reach, etc.

Then the number of columns would not be a function of how many sites etc. are in the model, which is currently a problem keeping me from working on this canned Excel file issue.

I'm just concerned that we might produce longer files than Excel can read, but you can fix that by producing output less often.

But I'm not confident about doing that programming.)
