Add (fixed) versions of JRubyShellBolt and JRubyShellSpout. #66

I don't know why these aren't in the repo (they're in the gem), but add them, and fix the package for JRubyShellSpout.

uh? good catch! in fact, they are not in the repo. the funny thing is that they are in my source tree locally and git does not show them as untracked files or anything... must be a conflict in my .gitignore or something.

if you don't mind, I'll figure why they are not picked up in my local src tree and commit and push them from here.
