Installation of google sitemap gen fails #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see the admin console but the install does not seem to 
complete.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sitemap_win-beta1-20091231 on Windows server 2008 R2 standard.

Please provide any additional information below.

For the first question I will say installation. I have installed a few times 
and get the same error.

2014-09-02T22:27:48Z: Failed to init message pipe in cgi.

this was added to the bottom of the log file once I re installed sitemap
