"more" option selected from physical menu key does not show more options. #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press physical menu button
2. Select "more" option
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
More option menu should appear, like it does with the soft menu, more selection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CyabogenMod 11 nightlies, v. 2.0.0 of And Bible

Please provide any additional information below.

There is no clever And Bible code related to this functionality, it is a simple 
menu resource containing a sub-menu.

Do you think this problem could be a bug in the Cyanogen nightly?

I am not sure, but I don't think so - I was having the same problem when I was 
on CM 10.2 stable, so I wouldn't say it is a CM issue. I first noticed it when 
the "soft menu" key first appeared in an update. Any thoughts on the matter?

Update to this. Another app (mxplayer) has the same kind of menu structure. 
This is NOT a bug in And Bible, and is an issue elsewhere. Sorry for the 
confusion!
