Remove Brew-based CI #142

Started as: ~Remove Brew-based CI~.

closes #138

builds on top of #136

~clashes a bit with #141; we should build one on top of the other and also build examples in Brew-based CI. For now, I'm basically just checking if it works.~

Conclusion: this does not work. Many dependencies are lacking from Homebrew's formulae (odoc and ppx_deriving_yojson at least). The recommended way to use OCaml via Homebrew seems to be to install OPAM anyways, and we do test an OPAM-based installation on MacOS.
