The deck view content is not visible until a resize of that view #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start planning poker session (accepting the invite or selecting a file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected to see the content of deck view, insted that view is empty

Fixed using Composite.layout() method that force a lay out of the Composite's
children. In this case the buttons that represent cards.
