Special privileges: SCRIBE and VOTER

As a Moderator
I would like to grant and revoke the VOTER privileges to a participant
so that I can estabilish which participant can make estimate and which
can't do it.

Note: actually in eConference there is the possibility to set one special
role for a participant. 
The only enable special role is the SCRIBE that allow a participant to
write the whiteboard. 

In the case of Planning Poker we introduced another special role that is
VOTER. So we have to allow setting/removing more then one special privilege
to a participant (becouse a participant could be both SCRIBE and VOTER).

Now privileges (like SCRIBE and VOTER) are shown in the buddy icon (for example 
the
voter is a buddy with a card), while personal status (like "I'm at gym", "I'm  
on
Econference",...) are shown in the round brackets near the nickname.
