Create the Multi User Chat dinamically #26

As a Moderator
I would like to create a Multi User Chat, setting the room name and the 
server on which run it
so that I can invite the other participant 

Note: actually, in eConference the MUC must exist before lunching the 
application, and has to be created manually. What we want to do is to 
create the MUC by code, getting the name of the room and the server name 
on which run the room.

I added the code to create the MUC. I test it on the econference.jabber.org 
server 
and it works.

It could be better test it on other servers
