Add images to deck cards #27

It need to add some images to the deck cards. 

After that it need to check the behaviour of new images when resizing, 
adding or removing cards!

According to the Control class javadoc, you can't set an image as the 
background of a control on Windows.

* Check if there is an existing lib of a new swt button that supports image 
skinning;
* can we think about a new way of presenting the deck? maybe selecting a card 
using drag and drop?
* otherwise, can we use Swing just for the deck buttons?
