Card deck sometimes does not get enabled when paricipants are 3+ #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At least three participants entere a planning poker session
2. Moderator starts the meeting and asks for a US estimation
3. One of the developers can pick a card from the deck
4. The other(s) sometimes dont see their deck enabled and cannot pick the 
estimate. If the dev relaunches and re-enters the session, it works

Thus, it looks like some messages dont get processed as expected or just missed.

This issue seem to have gone since we ported the plugin to eConference 4.
Please verify and close.
