Starting a planning poker session by double clicking a PP invite in the event view #38

As an invitee or moderator to a PP session
I would like to enter/start it by double clicking on it in the event view
so that I can avoid going thru the load menu

Notes.
this means at lest
* distinguish between base conference and PP invitation 
* different info to display and icon

changes to the events view are expected

I suggest to check if we can use the "reason" field that exist in the 
invitation event class to distinguish what action to execute on double clicking 
the invitation event in the stored events view.
